Shipping Rates

    New Zealand: Free shipping for all carton orders (8 tubes). A flat rate of $8 applies to all other orders.

      Dispatch Times

      Due to high order volumes, our delivery times may be impacted. Additionally, unexpected delays at our warehouse may result in delivery taking approximately 9-10 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works diligently to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to our customer support team.

      Our aim is to dispatch your order promptly:

      • Orders placed before 12 pm (Monday-Friday): Will be shipped on the same day.
      • Orders placed after 12 pm (Monday-Friday) and on weekends: Will be dispatched on the next business day.

       

      Delivery Timeframes

      Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date and are approximate. While we strive to monitor shipments closely, occasional delays caused by postal services are beyond our control. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel may be held at your local Post Office for collection. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

       

      Accuracy of Information

      Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the correct details and promptly resend your order.

       

      HOOC Fish Bait Products Refund Policy

      We want you to be completely satisfied with your HOOC fish bait products. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us for assistance. Do not return any products without prior communication.

      Damaged or Missing Goods

      We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If any products are damaged during transit, we will replace them once we receive the damaged goods at our postal address. If an item is lost or stolen in transit, we may replace it at our discretion. Please refer to our refunds and exchanges page for more details on returning items.
